    • Impacting Generations : How Ordinary People Can Influence The Future Of Nat

      $16.99

The Body of Christ today doesn’t understand a crucial aspect of the Abrahamic covenant: we have a calling, gifting, and command to influence places and people in authority in order to impact culture with Kingdom values. Christians are called to bless all nations and we have divine power within us to impact nations. The book will address the difference between prayer and intercession as well as the impact of God’s permissive and perfect will on how we pray.

Christians often misunderstand their role in their nation and in impacting the leadership of their nation. As a result, many Christians have forfeited being salt and light in their culture and nation. This is the result of an effective demonic strategy to sideline the Church. This book will encourage and empower Christians to fulfill their calling to impact nations.

    • When Politics Becomes Heresy

      $18.99

      Evangelicals are choosing heresy

Evangelicals fight for a place at the table, but we are in danger of losing our house. The church has become consumed by politics–political priorities and allegiances. Christian brothers and sisters have become opponents. We are no longer united by shared faith, but divided by shared heresy.

When Politics Becomes Heresy is Tim Perry’s loving rebuke and call to repentance. Evangelicals are embracing the logic of ancient heresies. We are using the gospel for power (Simony), integrating our faith with worldliness (Gnosticism), exchanging our heavenly Savior for a human helper (Arianism), transforming our mission into social action (Pelagianism), and demonizing other believers (Donatism).

The solution is not to switch sides or carve out a third way. Rather, the proper response to unbelief is repentance. We must stop, turn around, and return to God’s gracious throne.

As for the idols of the nations, they are but silver and gold,
      the work of human hands.
Those who make them are like them,
and so are all who put their trust in them.

    • Trump Code : Exploring Time Travel, Nikola Tesla, And The Trump Lineage, An

      $19.99

Could the Trump family’s connections to time travel, esoteric knowledge, and secret societies hold clues to unlocking the mysteries of our past and future?

By the end of this book, you will be able to connect the uncanny parallels between the novels Lockwood penned over a century ago and the Trump family legacy. Additionally, you will be able to solve the mystery to the upcoming 2024 election season.

In the annals of American presidential history, there is no more peculiar tale than the eerie similarities between former President Donald Trump and a series of novels called, The Baron Trump Collection, penned by the obscure yet seemingly prophetic hand of American lawyer and novelist Ingersoll Lockwood in the late 1800s.

The Trump Code delves into the connections between the Baron Trump novels and the enigmatic Trump family legacy, asking whether this nineteenth-century novelist foresaw the future of not only Trump but America and the world. It also uncovers a web of historical events and divine providence.

Drawing from biblical passages about Enoch, Elijah, the Apostle John, the Mount of Transfiguration, and a mysterious verse in Ephesians on how Christ’s followers are seated in “heavenly places,” along with theories of time travel by Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, and others, The Trump Code connects the pieces of this riveting puzzle, posing the question of whether “truth is stranger than fiction,” as Mark Twain famously said.

As we peel back the layers of history, The Trump Code confronts questions that defy easy answers:

*Could this fictional novel hold clues to the upcoming 2024 presidential election, with all its division and chaos?

*Is there a divine hand guiding the course of human events, as suggested by the parallels in these novels between fiction and reality?

*Or are we witnessing the machinations of darker forces, hinted at by the curious numerology surrounding Lockwood’s name?

    • After Party : Toward Better Christian Politics

      $19.99

For the exhausted, the hurting, and the faithful, The After Party helps reframe our political identity away from the “what” of political positions and toward the “how” being centered on Jesus.

This paradigm-shifting book complements The After Party Project–a six-part, video-based, highly interactive curriculum that provides churches, small groups, and individuals with an on-the-ground, biblically based approach to a very complex topic.

The After Party: Toward Better Christian Politics helps readers who feel despair about political divisiveness:

*Engage with others across political differences
*Learn specific steps to reframe political identity outside of partisan divides
*Focus on how we relate to one another as Jesus teaches before moving to the what of political topics

The After Party is ideal for:

*Republicans, Democrats, and Independents looking for renewed hope and humility for our nation

*Local leaders seeking to counter animosity toward political opponents, susceptibility to lies, and other practices that threaten the common good

*Congregations, classes, and small groups watching The After Party video series

*Pastors who want to encourage their congregants to trade their partisan mindsets for the mind of Christ

It’s not too late. In today’s political environment, faithfulness to a biblical how of political engagement shines as a radical challenge to both the Right and the Left. If you worry about what politics is doing to your community, your family, and your own well-being, The After Party will transform your political imagination.

It’s time for us to go beyond party politics and–as Christians–believe in the true “party” yet to come.

Have you noticed a deeper level of political division in your community or church? If so, you’re not alone. This powerful, accessible book exposes the religious nature of modern political movements and how they compete with faithfulness to Christ.

In Jesus and Politics, Pounds lays out the importance of Christians engaging in politics, government, and other spheres of influence to impact systems and individuals.

Sharing her divine appointments and unlikely interactions with prominent figures, Pounds gives readers a front-row seat to:

*Discover how a word from God on an airplane shifted a lawmaker into a new, more influential prominent position.

    • Counterpunch : An Unlikely Alliance Of Americans Fighting Back For Faith An

      $19.99

Is it possible for renewal to come through peace rather than power?

This book will illuminate how we can implement peaceful resistance against the immorality and policies of the Radical Left to bring a renewal of liberty, freedom, and biblically based principles back to America.

In his groundbreaking new book, Counterpunch, Floyd G. Brown issues both the battle cry and a strategic action plan for a populist movement in America that goes beyond any president or political party. Issue by issue, the Left chooses new markers in the sand and waits to see who will embrace their agenda. Those who don’t are canceled and silenced. This leads to alienation and the feeling that violence is the only option left. Brown wants readers to know there is another way, a civil disobedience of the state that allows us to be peaceful–and potentially more successful.

Counterpunch explains step-by-step how you can take part in a second American Revolution that will completely reorder the country under new governing principles. Touted as the Christian answer to Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, Brown’s Counterpunch outlines a strategy for mobilizing a peaceful resistance that leads to collective action.

Utilizing an evergreen approach that isn’t focused on specific public policy issues, Floyd delivers a practical, biblically based plan for every American that will lead to the renewal of liberty.

    • Faithful Presence

      $26.99

Two-term governor of Tennessee Bill Haslam reveals how faith–too often divisive and contentious–can be a redemptive and unifying presence in the public square.

As a former mayor and governor, Bill Haslam has long been at the center of politics and policy on local, state, and federal levels. And he has consistently been guided by his faith, which influenced his actions on issues ranging from capital punishment to pardons, health care to abortion, welfare to free college tuition. Yet the place of faith in public life has been hotly debated since our nation’s founding, and the relationship of church and state remains contentious to this day–and for good reason. Too often, Bill Haslam argues, Christians end up shaping their faith to fit their politics rather than forming their politics to their faith. They seem to forget their calling is to be used by God in service of others rather than to use God to reach their own desires and ends.

Faithful Presence calls for a different way. Drawing upon his years of public service, Haslam casts a remarkable vision for the redemptive role of faith in politics while examining some of the most complex issues of our time, including:
      *partisanship in our divided era;
      *the most essential character trait for a public servant;
      *how we cannot escape “legislating morality”;
*the answer to perpetual outrage; and
*how to think about the separation of church and state.

For Christians ready to be salt and light, as well as for those of a different faith or no faith at all, Faithful Presence argues that faith can be a redemptive, healing presence in the public square–as it must be, if our nation is to flourish.

    • Americas Expiration Date

      $18.99

A warning and a wake-up call to learn history so we are not doomed to repeat it. A must-read for anyone who longs for a promising future for our great nation.

What is wrong with America today? Is it possible that America could crumble and our democracy fail?

Questions like these plague Americans and cause us to be anxious about the future of the “land that we love.” Individuals may come to different conclusions, but there seems to be a common thread – the deep-seated feeling that we need to improve our country. Our culture is increasingly immoral, the family structure is threatened from all sides, and government programs consistently overreach, creating massive debt.

In this powerful and prophetic book, nationally syndicated columnist and trusted political commentator Cal Thomas offers a diagnosis of what exactly is wrong with the United States by drawing parallels to once-great empires and nations that declined into oblivion. Citing the historically proven 250-year pattern of how superpowers rise and fall, he predicts that America’s expiration date is just around the corner and shows us how to escape their fate.

Through biblical insights and hard-hitting truth, he reminds us that real change comes when America looks to God instead of Washington. Scripture, rather than politics, is the GPS he uses to point readers to the right road – a road of hope, life, and change. Because, he says, if we’re willing to seek God first, learn from history, and make changes at the individual and community level, we can not only survive, but thrive, again.

This powerful, timely, and much-needed perspective is a must-read for anyone who longs for a promising future for our great nation.

American evangelicals are often assumed to be a monolithic political force absolutely unified in their priorities. Evangelical engagement with politics has been more complex than is often remembered. Dual Citizens reveals a variety of evangelical thought towards political developments over the past few decades.

    • Theft Of Americas Soul

      $19.99

It’s time to take back what the devil has stolen and put God back into our culture.

The Theft of America’s Soul is a prophetic wake-up call for all who desire to see our nation thrive, challenging listeners to exchange these 10 lies for truths that will bring peace of mind, harmony, and prosperity back to our country – an invitation to experience the life-giving, peace-filling, wholly-transforming love of God.

Phil Robertson, patriarch of A&E’s Duck Dynasty and one of the most recognized voices of conservative Christianity in America, believes that little by little, generation by generation, America has allowed the lines of morality, decency, and virtue to be erased. Our values have disappeared as we began to believe lies – such as that God is dead, truth is relative, and unity is impossible – that have brought discord, division, and protest. But Phil also believes that things can change.

Writing with captivating storytelling and unflinching honesty, Phil shows how to make America a God-honoring nation once more: by dropping the 10 central lies that rule our day, including:

      *God is dead
      *There is no Devil
      *Truth is relative

More than in any time in our nation’s history, there’s a greater opportunity now for minority populations to let their voices be heard, influence society, and reshape the role of government in their lives.

This is not the time for violence, nor is it the time to demand more handouts from governments that have failed to give minorities what they truly need and deserve: a better life so they can achieve their own destiny.

A Manifesto: Christian America’s Contract with Minorities by Bishop Harry R. Jackson Jr. sets the stage for a biblical agenda or manifesto to bring about social change in our nation. Christians of every denomination and ethnic stripe are welcome to join this coalition to contribute to our national vision and strategic direction.

Rather than continuing to let government view minorities as precocious children too young to drive, A Manifesto offers an outline to strengthen people to work together to be empowered in key areas, from education and public policy reform to wealth creation and entrepreneurship.

    • World Is Changing

      $24.99

      An Agustin Agencty Title

On December 26, 1991, an event of extraordinary importance in universal history took place.

It involved the dissolution of the Soviet Union, an event of enormous repercussions that almost no one had anticipated. In fact, only the historian Andrei Amalrík1 and Nobel laureate and writer Alexander Solzhenitsyn,2 two Russian dissidents, had enough courage and vision to forecast that such a seismic event would take place.

Although it is indisputable that the Cold War had come to an end, there are more than a few who intend to continue analyzing the current global situation from the perspective of a historical period that ended four decades ago. Claiming to understand the present with the paradigms of the Cold War-even to a large extent with those espoused by the Left and Right-is a very serious mistake with consequences that are extremely harmful. History has continued to move forward, and just as it would have been foolish to claim to understand Europe of the end of the nineteenth century on the basis of what life was like for Napoleon, who was finally dethroned in 1815; it is absurd, and even ridiculous, to try to understand our world on the basis of what the Cold War entailed.

In the first part of the present work, we will take into account the analysis of democracy as a recent and often failed regime, as well as consider the dangers that now threaten its very survival. The second part is devoted to the globalist agenda, which constitutes a real threat that seeks to destroy national sovereignty, the power of the Sates, and the democratic system itself. Finally, the third paints a global picture of how reactions are already perceived in light of this globalist agenda, although not all of them lead to a future of freedom, and, certainly, the human race runs a true and real risk of being subjected to totalitarian systems of various kinds. We invite you on this journey with The World is Changing.

    • 2 Men From Babylon

      $24.99

What roles do King Nebuchadnezzar, ruler of ancient Babylon, and Donald J. Trump, 45th president of the United States, play in God furthering His kingdom? In Two Men from Babylon, Wallace Henley brings into perspective how God uses unlikely leaders to bring about His plans and purpose. Here is a masterfully constructed book that tears the camouflage off our times and looks intensely at what is going on in our crazy era on the eve of a year of destiny-and perhaps for civilization itself. Here you will:

*Consider the possibility that God made Donald Trump president
*Learn where the “age of Trump” might fit into history
*Get a feel for the “White House Mystique”
*Sense the spiritual atmosphere of the Oval Office
*Discover the strategic role of the church related to politics
*Understand why places of great power are vulnerable to demonic attack
      .* . . and much more

The heart of this book is found in two Scripture passages, “It is God who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings” (Daniel 2:21); and “This Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14). Two Men from Babylon summarizes the truth of these verses in revealing that God has grand purposes for time and history; there are manifestations of the kingdom that appear throughout finite time and history; the church is the primary agent for the expansion of this kingdom; nations are of strategic importance in the fulfillment of God’s plan; and it is God who establishes and removes the leaders of those nations. Thus, the Lord of History is the focus of this book, but Nebuchadnezzar and Donald Trump play an essential role in His story.

    • Politics After Christendom

      $29.99

For more than a millennium, beginning in the early Middle Ages, most Western Christians lived in societies that sought to be comprehensively Christian–ecclesiastically, economically, legally, and politically. That is to say, most Western Christians lived in Christendom. But in a gradual process beginning a few hundred years ago, Christendom weakened and finally crumbled. Today, most Christians in the world live in pluralistic political communities. And Christians themselves have very different opinions about what to make of the demise of Christendom and how to understand their status and responsibilities in a post-Christendom world.

Politics After Christendom argues that Scripture leaves Christians well-equipped for living in a world such as this. Scripture gives no indication that Christians should strive to establish some version of Christendom. Instead, it prepares them to live in societies that are indifferent or hostile to Christianity, societies in which believers must live faithful lives as sojourners and exiles. Politics After Christendom explains what Scripture teaches about political community and about Christians’ responsibilities within their own communities.

As it pursues this task, Politics After Christendom makes use of several important theological ideas that Christian thinkers have developed over the centuries. These ideas include Augustine’s Two-Cities concept, the Reformation Two-Kingdoms category, natural law, and a theology of the biblical covenants. Politics After Christendom brings these ideas together in a distinctive way to present a model for Christian political engagement. In doing so, it interacts with many important thinkers, including older theologians (e.g., Augustine, Aquinas, and Calvin), recent secular political theorists (e.g., Rawls, Hayek, and Dworkin), contemporary political-theologians (e.g., Hauerwas, O’Donovan, and Wolterstorff), and contemporary Christian cultural commentators (e.g., MacIntyre, Hunter, and Dreher).

Part 1 presents a political theology through a careful study of the biblical story, giving special attention to the covenants God has established with his creation and how these covenants inform a proper view of political community. Part 1 argues that civil governments are legitimate but penultimate, and common but not neutral. It concludes that Christians should understand themselves as sojourners and exiles in their political communities. They ought to pursue justice, peace, and excellence i

    • How The Nations Rage

      $18.99

How can we move forward amid such political strife and cultural contention?

We live in a time of division. It shows up not just between political parties and ethnic groups and churches but also inside of them. As Christians, we’ve felt pushed to the outskirts of national public life, yet even then we are divided about how to respond. Some want to strengthen the evangelical voting bloc. Others focus on social-justice causes, and still others would abandon the public square altogether. What do we do when brothers and sisters in Christ sit next to each other in the pews but feel divided and angry? Is there a way forward?

In How the Nations Rage, political theology scholar and pastor Jonathan Leeman challenges Christians from across the spectrum to hit the restart button. First, we shift our focus from redeeming the nation to living as a redeemed nation. Second, we take the lessons learned inside the church into our public engagement outside of it by loving our neighbors and seeking justice. When we identify with Christ more than a political party or social grouping, we avoid the false allure of building heaven on earth and return to the church’s unchanging political task: to represent a heavenly and future kingdom now. It’s only when we realize that the life of our churches now is the hope of the nation for tomorrow that we become the salt and light Jesus calls us to be.

    • Thou Shalt Not Be A Jerk

      $17.99

According to Eugene Cho, Christians should never profess blind loyalty to a party. Any party. But they should engage with politics, because politics inform policies which impact people.

In Thou Shalt Not Be a Jerk: A Christian’s Guide to Engaging Politics, Cho encourages readers to remember that hope arrived–not in a politician, system, or great nation–but in the person of Jesus Christ.

With determination and heart, Cho urges readers to stop vilifying those they disagree with–especially the vulnerable–and asks Christians to follow Jesus and reflect His teachings. In this book that integrates the pastoral, prophetic, practical, and personal, readers will be inspired to stay engaged, have integrity, listen to the hurting, and vote their convictions.

“When we stay in the Scriptures, pray for wisdom, and advocate for the vulnerable, our love for politics, ideology, philosophy, or even theology, stop superseding our love for God and neighbor.”

Re-visiting my life as a congressman, I began to realize this could be the inkwell that I’d dip my quill into as I shared how becoming a Christian, plus the influence of notable leaders and plenty of serendipity that helped shaped my public persona. It was a reminder about the importance of the higher standard in serving the public interest, obviously lacking in today’s political culture.

During my fourteen years in Congress, I witnessed first-hand the civility and trust among the leadership of both political parties that trickled down to the committee rooms and in the House Chamber that lead to notable accomplishments. My own achievements on international trade, human rights, preserving our natural resources happened only because of bipartisan support. Not so today. In the Halls of Congress and beyond (social media), it is more about radical partisanship and the special interests that reigns amok over our political system–a traumatized Congress, verifying what we don’t want to hear: this is democracy at its worst. Hopefully my book is revealing of democracy in its best form.

For those of faith who serve in elective office, there is plenty of scrutiny, as I experienced as a Democrat. Whether it’s your adversaries, the skeptical media, or even supporters, there are lingering questions about who you are. Your moral fiber is always on the line, although some political figures manage to twist and slide and escape the judgment that they merit. And others get squarely called out and dragged before the court of public scrutiny. Hopefully, A Higher Calling well serve as a moral compass for others who must cope with their own challenges.

My good fortune was a select number of political leaders, whose integrity and moral courage had an influence on my personal and political life that I did not fully appreciate until writing this book. A few were men of faith and others were guided by a moral compass, embracing higher standards that put the national interest first and foremost. Their actions for the common good over political and material self-interest showed me the right way.

The act of re-living one’s past was revealing o

    • 1st Adam Vs Last Adam

      $5.99

First Adam vs. Last Adam offers a viewpoint of America’s embrace of our national government and those citizens who also embrace the kingdom of God. The current inability of our political leaders to find workable solutions to our country’s problems is troubling for many Americans. Confidence in our leader’s ability to effectively govern is a low point.

This brief commentary takes the reader back to the fundamental perspective of the original writers of the Declaration of Independence. This document forms the basis of America’s initial desire to be free from onerous laws imposed by the British sovereign.

Today our government has reassumed the role of a sovereign king in many matters. That authority needs to be challenged with the authority of the kingdom of God.

This is a call for Christians to reflect upon misguided leadership offering inadequate solutions.

    • Faith Of Mike Pence

      $24.99

      The Faith of Mike Pence
Mike Pence’s faith sets him apart and defines him as a man, a husband, a father, and the vice president of the United States of America. What is the influence of Pence’s faith upon history? Can he really apply biblical truths to political decisions? How does his faith define his role as a family man and a national leader? In this incredible book, the man emerges, not just because of faith, but because in finding faith, Pence has discovered who he is and has stepped forward to become the man God has called him to be.

In this favorable look at the faith of the nation’s vice president, author Leslie Montgomery, who penned The Faith of Condoleezza Rice, details Pence’s spiritual journey and discusses how it shapes his role in everyday life. To understand his brand of faith, Montgomery traces his family legacy, his boyhood in Columbus, Indiana, his years as an Irish, Roman Catholic, and then how he gave his life to Jesus as his personal Savior as a freshman at Hanover College.

Pence says, “When I went off to college, I made a personal decision that put my faith in Christ. And that’s been a defining characteristic of my life ever since.”

Mike Pence is a devoted husband and father who has surrounded himself with men and women of faith and has made his commitment to Christ a key component in his life. Montgomery details encounters with numerous evangelistic leaders, including Billy Graham and James Dobson, that were pivotal in Pence’s spiritual growth. She also shows the role of Pence’s Christianity in running for various offices, implementing faith-based initiatives, and responding to 9/11, the war in Afghanistan and Iraq, and the infamous Anthrax scare in Congress that directly affected him.

The Faith of Mike Pence is a powerful account of one of the most conservative vice presidents in American history, with exclusive interviews and insightful commentary from friends, family, and colleagues. It is a serious and moving reflection from one of America’s most admired and respected politicians.

    • I Think Youre Wrong But Im Listening

      $26.99

Two friends on opposite sides of the aisle provide a practical guide to grace-filled political conversation while challenging readers to put relationship before policy and understanding before argument.

More than ever, politics seems driven by conflict and anger. People sitting together in pews every Sunday have started to feel like strangers, loved ones at the dinner table like enemies. Sarah Stewart Holland and Beth Silvers say there is a better way.

As working moms on opposite ends of the political spectrum and hosts of a fast-growing politics podcast, Holland and Silvers have learned how to practice engaging conversation while disagreeing. In I Think You’re Wrong (But I’m Listening), they share principles on how to give grace and be vulnerable when discussing issues that affect families, churches, the country, and the world. They provide practical tools to move past frustration and into productive dialogue, emphasizing that faith should inform the way people engage more than it does the outcome of that engagement. This urgently needed new book reveals how to talk about politics in a way that inspires rather than angers and that pays spiritual dividends far past election day.

    • Outrage Inc : How The Liberal Mob Ruined Science Journalism And Hollywood

      $27.99

From Derek Hunter-one of the most entertaining political writers today-comes an insightful, alarming look at how progressives have taken over academia, pop culture, and journalism in order to declare everything liberal great, and everything great, liberal.

Progressives love to attack conservatives as anti-science, wallowing in fake news, and culturally backwards. But who are the real denialists here?

There are three institutions in American life run by gatekeepers who have stopped letting in anyone who questions their liberal script: academia, journalism, and pop culture. They use their cult-like groupthink consensus as “proof” that science, reporting, and entertainment will always back up the Democrats. They give their most political members awards, and then say the awards make their liberal beliefs true. Worse, they are using that consensus to pull the country even further to the left, by bullying and silencing dissent from even those they’ve allowed in.

Just a few years ago, the media pretended they were honest brokers. Now a CNN segment is seven liberals versus a sacrificial lamb. MSNBC ate their sacrificial lamb. Well, Chris Matthews did. Tired of being forced to believe or else, Derek Hunter exposes the manufactured truths and unwritten commandments of the Establishment. With research and a biting, sarcastic wit, he explains:

The growing role of celebrities in the political world, and movies with a “message” that dominate awards season, but rarely the box office.
The unquestioning reporting on “studies” that don’t prove what they say they prove.
The hidden bias of “fact-checking,” when the media cherry picks which facts they check.
Celebrity scientists like Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson blending liberal activism with pretend expertise outside their fields.

Clever, controversial, and convincing, Derek Hunter’s book gets to the root of America’s biggest cultural war lies.

    • Costly Grace : An Evangelical Ministers Rediscovery Of Faith Hope And Love

      $26.99

A leading American evangelical minister-whom public figures long turned to for guidance in faith and politics-recounts his three conversions, from childhood Jewish roots to Christianity, from a pure faith to a highly politicized one, and from the religious right to the simplicity of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount

Rob Schenck’s extraordinary life has been at the center of the intersection between evangelical Christianity and modern politics. Attacked by partisans on both sides of the aisle, he has been called a “right-wing hate monger,” the “ultimate D.C. power-broker,” a “traitor” and “turncoat.” Now, this influential spiritual adviser to America’s political class chronicles his controversial, sometimes troubling career in this revelatory and often shocking memoir.

As a teenager in the 1970s, Schenck converted from Judaism to Christianity and found his calling in public ministry. In the 1980s, he, like his twin brother, became a radical activist leader of the anti-abortion movement. In the wake of his hero Ronald Reagan’s rise to the White House, Schenck became a leading figure in the religious right inside the Beltway. Emboldened by his authority and access to the highest reaches of government, Schenck was a zealous warrior, brazenly mixing ministry with Republican political activism-even confronting President Bill Clinton during a midnight Christmas Eve service at Washington’s National Cathedral.

But in the past few years Schenck has undergone another conversion-his most meaningful transition yet. Increasingly troubled by the part he played in the corruption of religion by politics, this man of faith has returned to the purity of the gospel. Like Paul on the Road to Damascus, he had an epiphany: revisiting the lessons of love that Jesus imparted, Schenck realized he had strayed from his deepest convictions. Reaffirming his core spiritual beliefs, Schenck today works to liberate the evangelical community from the oppression of the narrowest interpretation of the gospel, and to urge Washington conservatives to move beyond partisan battles and forsake the politics of hate, fear, and violence. As a preacher, he continues to spread the word of the Lord with humility and a deep awareness of his past transgressions.

In this moving and inspiring memoir, he reflects on his path to God, his unconscious abandonment of his principles, and his return to the convictions that guide him. Costly Grace is a fascinating and ultimately redemptive account of one man

    • Under Siege Mar

      $22.99

Writing from the perspective of a student of life, history, law, politics, and theology, Don Hutchinson draws on all of these areas in ‘Under Siege’ to offer perceptive insight into the Christian Church of today’s Canada. The reader will receive the benefit of his thirty years of church leadership, Christian witness, constitutional law, and public policy experience to gain a practical understanding of how we, the Church, may cast the deciding votes on the future of Christianity in our constitutionally guaranteed ‘free and democratic society.’

How did we get here? What happened to ‘Christian’ Canada? Do we not have ‘Charter’ rights like everyone else? What does the Bible say?

Many Christians sense that an advancing secularism is trying to force upon Canadians a culture in which faith is meant to be private. Hutchinson presents historic, legal, and theological grounds for us not to hide our faith in stained-glass closets, but instead to enter Canada’s contested public space with confidence. Together as individual Christians, congregations, denominations, and para- congregational ministries, we are the Church in Canada. And together we have the capacity to impact the nation for God’s good, the good of our neighbours, and the good of ourselves. Will we?

    • Democracy In America

      $24.99

As debates rage over the future of America and the country’s relationship to its past, there is no better time to examine the American culture from the perspective of a nineteenth century French thinker and student of democracy. Alexis de Tocqueville’s Democracy in America, written in French in the early 19th century, is seen as a classic of American political and cultural studies. However, the expansive 2-volume original has never seen an accessible version that remains true to the original text. This new abridgement of Francis Bowen’s 1864 translation keeps Tocqueville’s thought intact. All chapters have been retained and no sentences have been divided. This volume offers a clear window into American political history and a concise approach to this classic outsider’s perspective on the United States. A new introduction by editor John D. Wilsey further interprets and applies Tocqueville’s thought for the modern student of American institutions, politics, religion, and society.

    • Why I Am A Liberal And Other Conservative Ideas

      $14.99

In a delightfully refreshing and revealing tone, Dr. Piper exposes the potential fallacy in today’s liberal academia and political spheres. He masterfully addresses educational, social, political, and religious issues that have shaped American culture. His commentary rhetorically confronts the reader to consider issues such as freedom, justice, common sense, human dignity, and moral objectivity. Piper is specifically passionate in arguing that postmodern political correctness is really nothing more than an unvarnished ploy to consolidate power among society’s elites and to, thus, restrict the individual freedoms and rights of the general public.

    • As America Has Done To Israel

      $19.99

God’s everlasting promise to bless those who bless Israel-and curse those who curse Israel-is still in effect today. Throughout its history, America has been in a unique position to bless the Jewish people, and has experienced many blessings as a result. In more recent years, however, America has failed to consistently stand by Israel and suffered dramatic disasters.

In this interesting and thorough book, McTernan traces the history of the Jewish people in America and how America’s spectacular rise to power was tied to blessing the Jews. He examines America’s integral role in fulfilling God’s plan for the rebirth of the Jewish nation, and details the times when our nation defaulted on this call. Through a step-by-step analysis of political events, McTernan gives conclusive proof that God’s judgment on those who curse Israel is still active. In every case where America has failed Israel, it has faced dramatic consequences within 24 hours.

    • Testament Of Hope

      $32.99

“We’ve got some difficult days ahead,” civil rights activist Martin Luther King, Jr., told a crowd gathered at Memphis’s Clayborn Temple on April 3, 1968. “But it really doesn’t matter to me now because I’ve been to the mountaintop. . . . And I’ve seen the promised land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight that we as a people will get to the promised land.”

These prohetic words, uttered the day before his assassination, challenged those he left behind to see that his “promised land” of racial equality became a reality; a reality to which King devoted the last twelve years of his life.

These words and other are commemorated here in the only major one-volume collection of this seminal twentieth-century American prophet’s writings, speeches, interviews, and autobiographical reflections. A Testament of Hope contains Martin Luther King, Jr.’s essential thoughts on nonviolence, social policy, integration, black nationalism, the ethics of love and hope, and more.
